Refund Policy

Digital Products

All purchases of digital products, app subscriptions, or downloadable content are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Art Print Orders

Physical art print orders may be eligible for a refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or raise a concern, email us at info@artauthority.live with your order details. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions above or appear fraudulent. Decisions made by Art Authority regarding refunds are final.

Important Information

Artauthority is a standalone software application only. We do not host, upload, provide, sell, or distribute television channels, movies, copyrighted media, or subscription services. Users are solely responsible for the content they access and must ensure they have the appropriate legal rights to use their media sources.
